Our Omnipotent 9D Wide Cat Eyes Magnetic Gel Polish has no base colors itself. You can simply apply any base colors, then apply this colorless omnipotent cat eye gel polish to do any colors cat eye gel nail designs. Finally, use the magnet to shape it and make it shine. 1. Trim your nail, file and clean your nail surface and edge.
2. Apply a thin layer of Base Coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp for 120/60 seconds.
3. Apply the a layer of Color Gel and cure.
4. If you need, apply the 2nd layer of Color Gel and cure.
5. Apply a layer of This Clear Cat Eye gel. (Do not cure after this step)
6. Next, put the magnet stick over the nails for 10-15 seconds to shape the glitters and make them shine. Cure for 60 seconds.
7. Apply top coat and cure.
Soak off: YES (All our gel polish need to be used with uv/led lamp. they can't be air-dry)
