Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Updated my last review! There’s a learning curve

Updated my last review! There’s a learning curve for sure. One star off bc I wish they’d link a video on ways to best use and store the spider gel, as well as use the chrome over it, but after messing around and googling stuff I have a basic understanding. Love all the colors in this set and excited to use them more! I found using a metal nail art stick was easier than using the spider gel tool they sale. I stretched the gel to desired thickness, laid it over the nail starting from end toward the cutical, then did a quick dab at the cutical side to either ‘break’ it or go in reverse back over. Wiped any residual gel on my skin with alcohol. Not sure this is easier than just using a topcoat then using chrome but we’ll see!

Pretty, need better instructions

Colors are pretty. The chrome doesn’t seem to stick to only the spider gel and covers the whole nail or wipes off so I’m a bit confused! Spider gel definitely a little messy and has a learning curve. Also the spider gel hardens/thickens after taking plastic sticker seal off. Wish there were better instructions for use, storage and application of all this.
